SHIPPING POLICY

General information


Our shipping policy is Standard Shipping. This means that you could receive your merchandise from 24 hours to 7 business days within the United States, after your order is placed. We do not have shipments outside the territory of the United States.

Section 1 - Shipping Cost


Shipping is free of charge on purchases over XXX,XXX pesos. For purchases less than XXX,XXX pesos, the shipping cost will be from XXX,XXX pesos, depending on the shipping method you choose.

Section 2 - Delivery time


Orders that are registered on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2:00 pm, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. The delivery time may vary depending on what you choose when finishing your order, for national deliveries it can be from 2 to 5 business days.

Consider that during holiday periods and promotional seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, the delivery time is longer depending on the package.

Section 3 - Shipping Origin


All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in New York City NY 10004, United States.

Section 4 - Shipping Address


Your order will be sent to the address you left at the end of your order. You can make changes to the address as long as the order has not been shipped and the delivery time may change.

If you are not at home, the parcel and logistics services will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts and leave a notification. After the attempts, they will be returned to our warehouses and we will be able to send them to you again, covering the cost of the shipment again.

Section 5 - Delivery Method


We use logistics services from certified parcel companies such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Redpack or UPS. Depending on the product and shipping address, we will choose the best package.

Section 6 - Shipping Notification


When your order is approved and your payment is validated, we will notify you via email, message or messenger (according to your choice at the end of the order) of the progress of your order. When we ship with the parcel, we will send you the tracking number so that you can track your order.

Section 7 - Reception of the shipment


Upon receiving the order, check that your products are complete and in optimal conditions, otherwise validate our return policies. If possible, record the opening of your order for any subsequent clarification.
